From the experience of more than 50 years in piping engineering and construction in plant and facilities, we offer you a new, advanced control system-Integrated Piping Control System; which is to control all the progress of fabricated pieces, line installation, and test blocks by using mere WELD joints. IPCS system requires to control the quality of each weld data by inputting daily weld data in the system. And then, automatically calculate and report all the progress of pieces, lines, and test blocks. This will, then, increase more profit in keeping higher quality and efficiency by minimizing the rework and futilities.
IPCS system is considered as one of the *CALS models using weld joint data from 3D CAD drawings.
