Basic Concept of Control for Entire Piping Work
(IPCS: Integrated Piping Control System)
[ENGLISH] [日本語]

Philosophy of Developing the System

Integrated Piping Control
System (IPCS)
1) ISO Drawing Control
2) Weld Joint Control
3) Prefab Piece Control
4) Line Installation Control
5) Test Block Control
6) Variou NDI Control
By using the left side logic
based on Weld Joint Control,
progress status of item 3), 4)
and 5) are automatically
performed and reported.
Features of IPCS System
The TOOL being able to correspond to globalization and ISO 9000
requirements ;Do the Right Work, by Right Person, with the Right
Procedure, at Right Timing, in Quality Required or Expected, and
keep the Record as required.
1. Possible for better planning and controlling by common use of
Weld Joint Data.
2. Increase Trustability and reliance in Quality.
(Customer Satisfaction)
3. Strategic Tool of Management- Report precise, actual status of
progress.
4. Enable to use efficiently less-experienced people and foreigners.
5. Handing down the control technology to next generation.
6. Contributes to the increased profit by minimizing redo and
futilities.
7. Higher investment effect. (Expect 20% of productivity increase)
8. Materialize the things by computer whenever programming is
possible, and others by human being when judgment is required.
Note: IPCS cannot cover design errors.
